Conveniently located close to public transit, making it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was excellent and provided many options to choose from. I also appreciated the cozy bathrobe and slippers provided.
The parking was also difficult to navigate, leading to frustration and wasted time during my business trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Bad Harzburg Railway station and close to all the main attractions. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. We were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel had a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a variety of relaxing treatments. We also enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and heated swimming pool. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, allowing us to stay connected during our visit. we were impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.
This place is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The highlight of our stay in Bad Harzburg was the relaxing hot sauna and indoor swimming pool. The dinner was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices, perfect for hikers. The room was comfortable and the theme decorations added a nice touch. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to hiking spots and transport.
